Say Yes! proposals immortalized for free

Say Yes, Proposals immortalized for free this year in 2009. If we have the date open and your willing, we will follow you for up to one hour to capture that special moment on film for free. You have to be doing the asking though in the twin cities area. Andrews-Photography is always on the cutting edge of fun. Believe me it is fun, the look on her face will never be the same.

Here is a quote from, Cory Cook a groom with class "I wanted this special day to be something we could tell people about and show them too." "Thanks to the candid shots Rod did for us we couldn't be happier". "We liked him so much we hired him to do our destination wedding in Vegas." He was always thinking of new ways and angles to get the best shot.

The trend is on the rise to have all the moments documented in your life don't you want to be the first.

David & Jessica destination wedding. Andrews Photography

David and Jessica's wedding in Fargo North Dakota. By the way my home town! The Hodo was a creative place to have a few photos taken and the Avalon was the ceremony site and reception. I have added Jessica's thank you note I think it will describe her day better than I could. These two had lots of energy, David the things you do to make her smile. Thanks again for choosing me to document your day.

"Rod Wilson was recommended to us by our matron of honor and we couldn't have been happier. Rod's friendly demure and gregarious attitude made the sometimes tedious activity group photography enjoyable. Rod not only showed professionalism in planning our photos for the day, he also captured every facet of the event. Following his idea to shoot before the wedding ceremony turned out to be a terrific time saver, and we were able to focus more on our guests and the party afterward. Aside from the planning, the execution of the wedding photography was done with creativity and artistic flair. His use of mirrors and lighting gave the photographs an originality seldom seem in other couples wedding photos. And looking back on all of the photographs, it amazed me all of the details he captured. The close ups of the girls putting on jewelery and the photos of our flowers really showed Rod cares a lot about his work. His willingness to try different techniques, such as using a fish-eye lens or capturing motion, reveal an introspective look into the fun of the day. Moreover his intuition on what makes a picture look good, allowed him to pose us so our best was always showing. Wow, did I mention the fun E-session, he drove three hours just to meet with us and go over the days events. Dedication, Drive, Creative, Suffice to say, I would choose Rod again."

Andrews-Photography Award winning photography we travel world wide to meet your needs.

Holiday for Andrews Photography

Holiday in the sun. Nyssa "my girlfriend and second shooter on occasions" wanted a fun trip so we picked Carnival Fun ships for a 4 day cruise. For those who have never cruised before 4 days translates into first day is half day and last day is like get off the boat at the crack of dawn. The boat sailed half empty also. For those looking for a bargain last minute bookings must be great. I went and treated Nyssas sister and boyfriend to a cruise with us also. If you haven't the time to bond with fellow family members, cruises are a great way to do this. It was Nyssas sisters 21st birthday too so this really worded out nice.

The stops for the Cruise were Nassau and Freeport. If you want or need any recommendations on those islands call me. Sun, warmth, humid air, wow really hit the spot. The beaches are fantastic but they don't have open showers. Thank god I brought a water bottle to clean out our eyes after we hit the surf. Tested out my new water proof camera what a cool little item. I cant wait for our pools and lakes to open here in Minnesota! The people are really nice on the islands they really want to get you on those sight seeing tours. We did make one stop at the pirate museum and had a drink, only one though they put 5 shots of rum in those things. Did I mention it was 98 degrees in the islands. Glad to be home though lots of messages and emails to answer, enjoy the video everyone.

Appreciation party

Rod was invited to a appreciation party at the Hilton Garden Inn - St. Paul/Oakdale. The party was for their vendors and past clients. Rod was able to meet a few really great people and sample some wonderful food. The attendees also got a chance to photograph themselves in the traveling photo booth. Kind of fun, wish Andrews photography had two of these things. See Rod in the photo he is in the top right corner with the hat. Thanks again to the Hilton Staff for putting on such a tasty spread.
