Then pick a day and time that gives her a warm and happy smile, stay away from mondays, her bose will hate you she will not do any work that week. Either will her co workers. Don't pick 2-3:30 that's when the body starts to shut down for the day and you need a pick me up. Note try coffee it works on the body and mind. Dont do it on facebook or myspace. Oh you might need a cool photo of the event there buddy to post to those social sites.
